Seeq Corporation provides software-as-a-service solutions for industrial operations and manufacturing process analysis. Seeq enables organizations to connect to operational data where it resides, including industrial historians, SQL databases, cloud data platforms, and other enterprise and industrial data sources. Users can contextualize, analyze, monitor, and communicate operational information through analytics, reports, dashboards, enterprise monitoring workflows, and AI-assisted decision support.

Seeq is designed to complement existing systems of record and enterprise applications. Its query-in-place architecture can reduce the need for data migration or duplication while supporting customer security, access, and governance requirements. The specific data sources, integrations, deployment configuration, and available features depend on the customer’s environment and subscription.

The Seeq SaaS System includes the Seeq Platform, Seeq applications, integrated AI capabilities, and package-specific functionality described below.

Seeq Platform

The Seeq Platform is the foundational layer of the Seeq SaaS System and is powered by Seeq Cortex. It provides:

• Connectivity to supported historians, relational databases, cloud data platforms, and other industrial and enterprise data sources
• Security and access enforcement aligned with the configured deployment and connected systems
• Metadata and operational context management
• Scalable time-series calculations and execution services
• Data access, caching, APIs, SDKs, and extensibility capabilities
• Integration with Seeq applications, data connectors, Python workflows, add-ons, and external systems

Seeq Cortex supports the execution and coordination of analytics, monitoring, integrations, and other platform services used by Seeq applications.

Seeq Applications

Seeq Workbench

Seeq Workbench is the primary application for engineers and other subject matter experts to access, visualize, and analyze industrial process data. Workbench supports diagnostic, descriptive, predictive, and other advanced analytics workflows, including data cleansing, calculations, modeling, anomaly detection, condition development, visualization, collaboration, and investigation.
Workbench provides a low-code environment for applying standard and custom analytics to contextualized operational data. Results can be shared with Seeq Organizer, used in monitoring workflows, or extended through Seeq Data Lab and the Seeq Platform.

Seeq Organizer

Seeq Organizer is the application for assembling, sharing, and distributing operational insights. Users can create reports, dashboards, and web pages from Seeq analyses and other content, then refresh, schedule, publish, and share those materials with relevant teams.
Organizer supports living, data-connected narratives that allow users to move from a summarized result into the underlying analysis and operational context.

Seeq Data Lab

Seeq Data Lab is a browser-based, Python-enabled environment built on Jupyter notebooks and integrated with the Seeq API. It enables data scientists, engineers, and other advanced users to pull, manipulate, analyze, and return data to Seeq or other systems.
Data Lab supports custom calculations, visualizations, applications, automation, machine-learning workflows, and integration with open-source Python libraries. The Seeq Python Library, also known as SPy, can be used in Data Lab and in other supported Python environments.

Seeq Vantage

Seeq Vantage is the enterprise triage and decision-support application at the center of Seeq’s Industrial Enterprise Monitoring capabilities. Vantage operationalizes condition-based monitoring across assets, processes, sensors, and operational events so teams can monitor, prioritize, investigate, analyze, act, and capture decisions in one place.
Vantage supports configurable rooms and workflows for use cases such as asset and process monitoring, asset performance management, reliability, predictive maintenance, OEE, downtime tracking, batch monitoring, and enterprise surveillance. Vantage is integrated with Seeq Workbench to support deeper investigation, model refinement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Seeq SaaS Packages

Seeq offers three cumulative packages for non-Pharma customers. Each package includes the capabilities of the package before it:

• Seeq Analytics provides core self-service industrial analytics.
• Seeq Enterprise adds enterprise scaling, governance, and exception-based monitoring.
• Seeq Intelligence adds advanced industrial AI, decision intelligence, and agentic workflows.

Seeq Analytics

Seeq Analytics provides the foundation for self-service industrial analytics and day-to-day operational decision-making. It includes access to:

• The Seeq Platform, powered by Seeq Cortex
• Seeq Workbench
• Seeq Organizer
• Seeq Data Lab
• Seeq Data Connectors
• The Seeq Python Library, SPy

Seeq Enterprise

Seeq Enterprise includes everything in Seeq Analytics and adds capabilities for scaling analytics, governing analytical work products, and managing enterprise monitoring workflows. These capabilities include:

• Seeq Vantage
• Seeq Enterprise Scaling, including Scaling Tables and Tree Builder capabilities
• Seeq Analytics Change Management, including locking, versioning, and audit trail capabilities
• Condition Monitor Webhooks for integrating monitoring events with external systems and workflows
• Additional enterprise capabilities for deploying, monitoring, and managing analytics across assets, processes, and sites

Seeq Intelligence

Seeq Intelligence includes everything in Seeq Enterprise and adds advanced industrial AI and decision-intelligence capabilities. These include:

• Agent Q, a domain-aware AI analyst for investigating operational questions and synthesizing data, events, analyses, documents, and context
• Document Access for extracting and synthesizing relevant information from supported customer documents
• Build Your Own Agent, also referred to as Agent Builder, for creating repeatable, multi-step custom agents and workflows
• Agent Extensibility for connecting Seeq AI agents with customer systems, information, and workflows
  These capabilities are designed to help organizations apply operational data, institutional knowledge, decision history, and expert context to more consistent and traceable decisions. Specific capabilities may vary by release, subscription configuration, and applicable availability status.

Seeq AI Assistants

Seeq AI Assistants are integrated helpers that support users across Seeq applications. The core AI Assistants are available across Seeq packages and include:

• General Assistant, which answers questions about Seeq, industrial analytics, features, and best practices
• Formula Assistant, which helps users create, explain, and troubleshoot Seeq Formula expressions
• Data Lab Assistant, which supports Python, SPy, analytics recipes, and troubleshooting for Data Lab workflows
• Actions Assistant, which can execute supported Seeq actions, modify visualizations, and automate repetitive tasks such as creating or scheduling reports

Seeq Intelligence extends these embedded assistants with advanced reasoning, document access, agent extensibility, and custom agent and workflow capabilities.

Seeq Pharma Packages

For pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers, Seeq offers three corresponding packages:

• Seeq Pharma Analytics
• Seeq Pharma Enterprise
• Seeq Pharma Intelligence

The Pharma packages build cumulatively in the same way as the non-Pharma packages. They include the applicable Seeq Platform and applications, together with additional capabilities and services intended to support regulated pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing environments.

Seeq Pharma Analytics

Seeq Pharma Analytics includes the core capabilities of Seeq Analytics and adds Pharma-specific governance, change-management, and validation-oriented capabilities. These may include:

• Enhanced audit trail capabilities
• Locking and versioning for supported workbooks, documents, and templates
• Validation support documentation and validation-related materials
• An additional non-production tenant to support validation and testing activities
• SaaS update coordination
• Right-to-audit support and access to applicable Pharma Trust Center documentation

Seeq Pharma Analytics supports the analysis of process, batch, quality, and equipment data for use cases such as process development, process monitoring, continuous process verification, batch analysis, deviation investigation, operational efficiency, and asset monitoring.

Seeq Pharma Enterprise

Seeq Pharma Enterprise includes everything in Seeq Pharma Analytics and adds Seeq Enterprise capabilities, including Seeq Vantage, enterprise scaling, and exception-based monitoring. These capabilities support the consistent deployment of analytics and monitoring across assets, lines, products, and sites.

Seeq Pharma Intelligence

Seeq Pharma Intelligence includes everything in Seeq Pharma Enterprise and adds the advanced industrial AI and decision-intelligence capabilities available in Seeq Intelligence, including Agent Q, Document Access, Build Your Own Agent, and Agent Extensibility, subject to applicable release and availability status.

Availability and Configuration

The capabilities described above are provided through Seeq SaaS subscriptions and may vary based on the selected package, customer configuration, deployment model, connected data sources, release version, and applicable product availability. Seeq may update or enhance product capabilities over time. Contractual documents, order forms, and applicable product documentation govern the specific services and features available to each customer.
